Hammer Curl - Kneeling on SB.....

Benefits:
This exercise strengthens your biceps whilst improving your balance and core stability.
Pre-Requisites:
You should be comfortable with kneeling on a SB without weights before attempting this exercise.
Set Up:
Slowly roll onto the SB on your knees, holding your arms down by your side with a DB in each hand.
Use a lighter weight than you are used to for a regular bicep curl.
Kneel tall and ensure the core is fully engaged.
Look directly forwards and adjust your balance as necessary to keep level.
Action:
Exhale as you curl the DB’s up towards your shoulders.
Inhale as you slowly lower the weights back down to the start position.
