Chest Press - Alt arms on SB.....

Benefits:
The alternate arm chest press on a SB helps build chest, tricep and shoulder strength as well as improving your core stability.
Pre-Requisites:
You should be able to perform a normal Chest Press on a SB with both arms before trying this one arm version.
Set Up:
Sit on top of the SB with a dumbbell in each hand.
Activate the core by drawing the bellybutton towards the spine and lifting your pelvic muscles.
As you roll down into a bridge position place the weights on your chest.
Move the weights out to a press position with a 90 degree angle at both elbows..
Action:
Exhale as you press one DB above your chest whilst keeping the other at the bottom.
Inhale as you lower the DB back to the start position.
Ensure you keep your hips and shoulders level.
Exhale as you begin with the opposite arm.
